Each residence has one or more social workers on site who offer information and referrals, counsel residents, assist with hospital and nursing home admissions and discharges and coordinate and facilitate tenant relations.


You must apply for housing in writing.

Please do not visit the office as we must receive the requests in writing. Also, please do not stop by the Hamilton, Hargrave or Woodstock as they will tell you to write in a request. If you have already sent in an application and would like to know your status on the waiting list, please send a request for the status and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the address above.

There is a waiting list for The Hamilton.  At this time, the approximate wait for a one bedroom apartment is five years; the approximate wait for a studio apartment is three to four years.

The Hargrave House Application Information
