Christmas 2004
Uptown and downtown, Project FIND celebrated
Christmas 2004 in a variety of ways.

At the Hamilton Senior Center, members of the gardening club made origami decorations for a festive tree in the lobby.
The seniors also celebrated Chanukah, the Festival of Lights.

The Hamilton seniors enjoyed a second tree in the dining room.
The Woodstock's holiday decorations also feature this winter wonderland scene in the vestibule of the lobby.
A large tree decorated the lobby at The Woodstock on West 43rd Street.
Each year, Covenant House invites Project FIND
seniors to a holiday luncheon.

Debra Escort, Director of Special Projects, greets a friend at the Coffeehouse.
Coffeehouse decorations included this tree in the window.

On Saturday, December 25th, volunteers and staff hosted Project FIND’s annual Christmas Day celebration at the Coffeehouse on Ninth Avenue and 41st Street.  Around 200 seniors shared a festive dinner, danced to live music and received gifts from Santa.  On Christmas Eve, Project FIND volunteers acting as Santa’s Helpers delivered meals and gifts to 150 homebound seniors.
