- 2 cups of oats
- 1 cup of plain yogurt
- A splash of milk – Dale prefers to use Almond milk
- Your favorite fruit – Dale chose blueberries for their antioxidants and flavor
For taste, Add:
- A spoonful of raw honey
- Almonds or other nuts (will soften in the mix)
Mix all together and then set it in the fridge overnight. The milk and yogurt will soften the oats and nuts. In the morning you will have a soft and tasty breakfast that is cool and nutritious!
