Fruit and Vegetable Smoothie by Dale

Dale's Blender Tips        About The Chef   

KaleSmooth2.jpgMix in a blender 2 cups of plain Greek yogurt 1cup of chopped melon

Tear apart a few leafs of kale and add to mix 2 - 3 chopped strawberries

¼ of a tomato chopped

Next add:

1 chopped peach (with skin)

1 chopped plum (with skin)

1 chopped nectarine (with skin)

Blend until smooth.  Makes 2 1/2 cups.  Place one cup in the freezer for a frozen yogurt treat.  Place one cup in the fridge for a cool refreshing beverage.  Eat the extra half cup now and enjoy!
