Project FIND is thrilled to announce the imminent opening of Park 79, located at 117 West 79th Street; a stone’s throw from the Hayden Planetarium. This beautiful building containing 77 efficiency units for low income and formerly homeless older adults aged 62+ is the product of a partnership between Project FIND and Fairstead. A vertically integrated real estate development corporation, Fairstead has overseen the development and construction of Park 79 and will provide on-going property management service. Project FIND serves as both the nonprofit owner and social service provider.
