Peggy Ferrer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience in supportive housing, older adult services, and child welfare. She joined Project FIND in 2007 as a Social Worker at the Woodstock Hotel, where she now provides leadership in social services, supervising a team of social workers and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure the well-being of residents.
Peggy specializes in complex case management, crisis intervention, and interagency collaboration, working closely with healthcare providers, community organizations, and families to address the diverse needs of older adults. Her work is guided by a commitment to promoting dignity, independence, and quality of life for all residents.
Prior to her role at Project FIND, Peggy worked in child welfare as a case planner, intake assessment coordinator, and supervisor. She earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Lehman College and her Master of Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University. Peggy is also certified in the Seminar in Field Instruction (SIFI) in New York.
