Meet the 2022 Gala Honorees
Project FIND gala was held on November 9th featuring some of the leading figures in the field of NYC affordable and supportive housing:
- Ms. Jessica Katz, NYC's Chief Housing Officer. A lifelong advocate for safe and affordable housing, Jessica is in charge of enacting the Mayor's "Housing our Neighbor's: A Blueprint for Housing and Homelessness" plan. Previously she served as executive director of the Citizens Housing and Planning Council and the Lantern Group
- Ms. Laura Mascuch, Chief of Staff at the NYS Department of Health. Prior to joining the DOH, Laura was the Executive Director of the Supportive Housing Network of New York State. Under her leadership The Network helped organize the lead the three-year Campaign 4 NY/NY Housing which won historic commitments to develop 35,000 units of supportive housing in 15 years.
- Mr. Will Blodgett, the Founder & CEO of Tredway. Tredway is a triple bottom line real estate development firm focused on strengthening communities and promoting upward socioeconomic mobility while achieving solid risk-adjusted returns. Prior to Tredway, Will co-founded the development firm Fairstead and grew it into one of the largest multifamily owners in the United States. Over the course of his career Will has led the acquisition and development of more than 25,000 homes and $6 billion in real estate. Prior to founding Fairstead, he managed the acquisition, financing, and development of over 4,500 units for The Related Companies and served as a Special Advisor to the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA). He is a lifelong entrepreneur. He has a BA from Yale and an MBA from MIT.
